Biography : Angelina Lavernia was born in Barcelona in 1925. She is highly appreciated for her strong character and her sensitive and sincere personality. Thanks to her technical background (School of Arts of Galants, Tarrega University in Barcelona), Angelina Lavernia represents her subjects in a very personal and intimate way, in an entirely figurative style, covered in surreal charm. Its color palette is an invitation to dream and contemplate. Since her first exhibition in 1962, Angelina Lavernia has received many awards for the emotion of her works. Lavernia's works can be found in numerous French and foreign collections.
